As one of the Founders & Managing Director for it's first 8 years, Daryl helped to sculpt the space, the message, the structure and stability that we now know as The Source.

Daryl brought years of management & marketing experience to the Source. For nearly a decade, Daryl combined the pursuit of his artistic career with that of a fully realized corporate career – one does have to eat, after all.

Positions included that of Operations Manager (Prudential Sec­uri­ties), Property Manager (Windmill Apartments) and Pro­mo­tion Marketing (Comedy Central).

As an actor and director, Daryl is most proud the collaborative work done here at the Source… most recently seen acting here in Good… as well as last summer’s smash hit Saint Frances of Hol­ly­wood & our Winter Classic production of The Mandrake. As we enter our 8th year here, we have proven that there is truth in the adage – ‘the more you give, the more you receive’. In the good karma department, our cup truly runneth over.
